Constructed to the US Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home™ standards, an eBuilt Plus home can help save up to 50% on annual energy bills1. And since they’re solar ready, homeowners can add a renewable energy system for even more savings.

Constructed to the US Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home™ standards, an eBuilt Plus home includes these additional features to help you save up to 50% on annual energy bills1:

Dehumidifier drain (optional in some areas)
With the addition of solar panels, an eBuilt Plus home transforms into a “net zero” home, which theoretically can offset up to 100% of its annual energy use by generating the power it consumes.2
