1. Schedule a consultation. The CrossMod team will help you determine the best products and solutions for your market.
2. Obtain a retailer’s license. We will help you meet this state-specific requirement to purchase homes from one of our 14 nationwide facilities.
3. Select land. Secure land for your development.
4. Order home and break ground. Purchase a CrossMod home and begin building the foundation.
5. Complete the process. Take delivery of the home and finish it on site. Your CrossMod is now ready to sell or rent.
